If Davis comes, maybe he fits that role next year. If he isn't that player, there isn't a name you mentioned that fits that role. Jack is a prize, but that doesn't appear to be his niche and the rest is rebounding-by-committee. I've seen no indication of any meaningful growth in rebounding from that group for next year. If, (if) this holds true, we're looking at 2013. Maybe I'm just turned off by small ball and would like to try big ball.Looking at the 2013 Recruiting Thread above, is it my eyes going bad, or do I see that almost all of the listed prospectives are in the 6'6" range and under? I know it's way early, but could this possibly have something to do with why we have few bigger players? Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. --Albert EinsteinFew Things:1). 2013 recruiting hasn't kicked into high gear yet so we might see some bigger additions. 2) Personally, I see TJ and Talley's replacement as the highest priority from 2013. I would like to see a PG get some experience before taking the lead rather than having to scramble for one in 2014. 3) Currently we have guys 5 over 6'7'' for 2013-2014 including Jack, Datt, Davis, Martin, Abele with Kadeem capable of eating minutes at the 4 should all the bigs stick around. I'm fine with that amount. If any of them do leave, we need to add another big preferably in this upcoming class. If we can't, I suspect we'll see a PG and PF coming in 2013. By the end of next season, I'd be willing to wager that you'll be dying for players who can create their own shots. 2014 will be the class to add height again IMO.
