I agree that I don't think that 2 college kids drinking on the south side and getting into trouble is going to amount to much unless there is something more to it.  And that's the real problem with this instant news we get now, even if it was reported by the regular media and not just some blogger.  Everyone wants to get any news they can out as soon as possible so that they are first and worry about the details later.  We don't know how bad it was or what caused it and probably won't - at least not from Duquesne - unless there is something really terrible here that will come out in a police report. 

My guess is that if there is nothing more to it than what we have heard so far that Duquesne and Ferry will hand out some appropriate discipline and won't go into much detail and the courts will give both a slap on the wrist and it will be over.  Hopefully, at the same time, Ferry has assembled the team or at least met with these 2 and told them the being stupid isn't a good plan.
