I think he already has to be on the hot seat. The regressed this past season. Anytime that happens in sports today barring a few exceptions involving the elite coaches, you're on the hot seat. If they can't at least match what they did last season this year, Ron will be fired. I have no doubt about it. If they make the NIT again and host an A-10 tournament game or make it through to AC, I think he'll stick, but the leash will be tightened. If he makes the NIT the next 4 years but can't make the NCAA's I think he'll be done as well. It's going to take a long string of NIT's before he'll get canned for not making the NCAA's though.
